Avenues Education is a Specialist Government School that works in partnership with Eastern Health’s Infant Child & Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service to provide targeted educational services for primary and secondary school students who due to social, emotional, and/or mental health concerns are having difficulty accessing education and who are receiving treatment and support by the Infant Child & Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.
Working together, Avenues Education Teachers provide a range of strategies and specialist support to strengthen children and young people’s connection with school or other educational provider.
This service is free and voluntary.
